We are excited to share our first results regarding the impacts of climate change and the coping strategies that farmers invent and use. The focus of the study was on German farmers who grow underutilized crops (lentils, eggplant, buckwheat, Lathyrus).
Our partners from the Justus- Liebig- Universität Giessen participated at the Agricultural Economics Society conference in Warwick presenting a poster with the results entitled “Impacts of climate change on value chains of underutilized crops: a case study on perceived changes and responses of farms in Germany”.
