Institutional Level

The impact created on an institutional level will be created mainly through the policy recommendations resulting from testing the BioValue model:

BioValue will deal with the results of the BioValue model runs based on the normative scenarios aiming at optimization of the entire value chain. We will relate the outcomes of the model to the key indicators already identified in an earlier stage of the project and analyse the received outcomes.

The results will be interpreted into the practice-oriented guidelines aimed at improving the value chain performance for each pilot site. These guidelines will be complemented by the guidelines created for each separate actor within the value chain and approved by the stakeholders and become the basis for policy recommendations as an outcome.

General experiences from model runs performed will be summarized in recommendations for a project replication framework, which will allow the application of BioValue tool for further regions and further crops.
